You conveyed a strong message in the picture of the bikes and it reminds me of a time of childhood innocence. But it also shows how times have changed with the windows that have the bars and locks on them.I also like how you used color balance to use a gradual tone throughout the photos.
I really like the portrait of the girl. There's a curiousity in her eyes. Is she about to laugh or is she about to cry? I like the mystery behind it. You can't even tell what she's looking at. (:
My favorite picture is the one with the leaves and coins. How you set this photo up is really clever, and it conveys a message and a mood. I love how clear this photo is, and the color you edited it into. good job!
I really like the yellow flowerone. It feels as if the flower is floating in mid air. I also like how you kept the flower in color and the background in black and white.
Wow I really like all of these pictures, its so hard to choose which one is my favorite. I have to say either the leaf with the coins or the depth of field on is my favorie. In the leaf one I love how it is just focused on something so little. The color scheme also makes it very interesting and different. It brings upon the questions of what was the leaves doing with the coins? Really good job Lauren!
I really like how you've made the deapth of field photo have a fisheye effect, and it's almost as though you're trapped, and the end is the only way out. There's a really rustic feel which is really cool too. It's a very successful picture.
My question for the bikes photo (which I really like aswell,) is what point of view are you expressing through the photo?
